1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping & Transit Time

  • Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location within the Sweden.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Total Delivery Time

  • From the time you place your order, please expect a total delivery window of 6–10 business days, including both processing and transit.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Soaxa™ only ships to addresses within the Sweden. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery date.

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable.
